Conglomerate fonts

Conglomerate is somewhere between sans and serif, square and rounded, calligraphic and geometric — a subtle yet unorthodox blend of typographic traits resulting in a clean, unique, and versatile font family that does not lean too heavily on any particular historical model.

Conglomerate features large, open counters for legibility in text yet crisp, sharp details that sparkle at display sizes. Each style also contains an extensive set of OpenType features, including small caps, proportional, tabular, lining, and old style numerals, case-sensitive punctuation, ligatures, arbitrary fractions, localized forms, and elevated, underlined ordinal indicators for English, French, Spanish, Italian, and other languages.

Conglomerate began as a study as part of the Type@Cooper Extended program and was later released commercially. Conglomerate won a PRINT Magazine Typography and Lettering “Best in Class” award for type design. It was also listed as one of Typographica’s favorite typefaces in 2016.
